Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products

Ushakiran sells edible oils and organic foods. In line with FSSAI food-safety norms under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and for reasons of hygiene and tamper-evidence, consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered — including for change of mind. We never resell a returned food item, so we cannot accept one back.

If something is wrong with your order

Your rights for defective goods are fully protected. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with insufficient shelf life, we will replace it or refund you. Report it within 48 hoursof delivery with a photo (WhatsApp or email, with your order number) and we'll resolve it once verified.

Refunds (damaged / wrong items only)

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order from your order page any time before it is packed/shipped.
